Born Free - Charity Campaign 2014

A Born Free jótékonysági kampány célja, hogy megakadályozzák a HIV anyáról-gyermekre való terjedését Afrikában, 2015 december 31.-ig. Olyan tervezőket kértek fel néhány darab tervezéséhez, akik maguk is édesanyák (lenti képen látható a lista), továbbá a modellek is gyermekeikkel pózolnak Patrick Demarchelier kamerájának.

Néhány tervező a videóban is szerepel, amiben a problémáról beszélnek, illetve a májusi Vogue US egy cikket és Annie Leibovitz által készült fotókat is közöl Liya Kebedéről és Victoria Beckhamről (elég nagy méretűek a képek amiket bemásoltam, úgyhogy el is tudjátok olvasni a cikket), akik szintén részt vesznek a kampányban. Victoria továbbá a Vogue honlapjára is készített bejegyzéseket afrikai élményeiről, melyet itt megtalálhattok.

A darabok a Shopbop.com-on is megtalálhatóak, bár az árak még így is elég magasak. A honlapon továbbá plusz videókat is találhattok, illetve a programhoz csatlakozni tudtok a Born Free honlapján, Facebookján vagy Twitterjén keresztül is! Itt pedig pólót tudtok lehet rendelni 30$-ért, illetve adományozni.

Megpróbáltam a lehető legtöbb képet összeszedni, úgyhogy lehet kicsit zavaros lesz a sorrend, de a linkeken mindent megtalálhattok! :)

The goal of the Born Free charity campaign is to end the transmission of HIV from mother to their children, by December 31, 2015. They asked designers, who are also mothers, to design a few pieces, which are shown to us by models and their childrens, through the photos of Patrick Demarchelier.

A few designers also appear in the video, and there's an article too (I choose pictures big enough, so you can also read it), including Annie Leibovitz photos of Liya Kebede and Victoria Beckham, who are also parts of the campaign, in the may issue of Vogue US. Victoria also made a diary of her african trip, which you can find here, on the website of Vogue.

The pieces are available on Shopbop.com, although the prices are still quite high. On its website you can also find some extra videos and you can get involved on the website, Facebook page and Twitter of Born Free! Here you can also buy the shirts, which cost 30$ or you can donate too.

I tried to collect all the photos, which were released, so maybe it will be a little bit confused, but you can find everythink through the links.

Nicole-ról Camilla Akrans és Patrick Demarchelier is készített sorozatot és így címlapot az új számba. Nekem az első, természetesebb jobban tetszik, amit Camilla készített.

Camilla Akrans and also Patrick Demarchelier took a shoot and a coverphoto of Nicole, to the new issue. I like the first more natural one, which was taken by Camilla.

Harper's Bazaar US

Sofiát ebben a kínos pózban és a szokásos megvilágításban nem is kérdés, hogy Terry Richardson fotózta... Az előfizetőknek járó címlap viszont szép Candice Swanepoellel, csak a belőle világító nagyon-kék feliratot nem értem.

 No question, that Terry Richardson was, who shot Sofia in this awkward pose and usual lighting... But the subscribers' cover is nice, with Candice Swanepoel, I just don't understand that showy very-blue title.

Vogue US:

Érdekes választás volt Claire Danes. Engem azonban nem igazán győzött meg. Talán ha kicsit sötétebb témát választottak volna és nem Annie Leibovitzot fotósnak valami érdekes is kisülhetett volna, de így nem lehetett elrejteni az érdektelen arcát.

Claire Danes was an interesting choice. But she didn't really got me. Maybe, if they would choose a darker theme and not Annie Leibovitz to shoot something interesting would come out, but like this, they just couldn't hide her uninterested face.

Elle Spain:

Bar Refaelinek csak úgy vibrálnak a szemei, a ruha gyönyörű, a kép szexi. Csodás címlap!

Bar Refaeli's eyes are just vibrating, the dress is beautiful, the picture is sexy. Wonderful cover!

Vogue Australia:

Egészen egyszerű, de Sofia Coppola igazán szép, a színek lágyak, a felirattól pedig kicsit extrább.

Quite simple, but Sofia Coppola is really pretty, the colors are soft, but it's more special because of the titles.

Vogue Paris:

Az egyik honlapon rámutattak az egyértelmű hasonlóságra a júniusi amerikai Elle-lel, de a styling ezerszer jobb, a kabát Darián nagyon tetszik.

On one of the websites, they show the obvious similarity with the june issue of american Elle, but this styling is so much better, I love the jacket on Daria.

Elle US:

A smink kicsit fura, de ettől és a stylingtól lett különleges. Itt viszont idegesítő a szöveg, mert rálóg Amandára.

The make-up is a little bit weird, but it's special because of this and the styling. But here, the titles are very annoying, because they're on Amanda.

Vogue Spain:

A színek furák, Karmen Pedaru szőke haja borzasztó egyébként nem lett olyan rossz.. De legalább most kicsit eltértek a szokásostól.

The colors are weird, Karmen Pedaru's blonde hair is terrible, but otherwise it isn't so bad. At least they did something different from the usual now.

Vogue US - Katy Perry

A címlap után nem gondoltam, hogy ennyire tetszeni fognak a fotók Katyről. A címlap ugyanis bár szép, elég élettelen és a póz is fura. A többi képen, melyeket Annie Leibovitz készített nagyon összehozták a helyszínt, a színeket a ruhákat, nagyon tetszenek! A kedvencem az utolsó előtti a gyönyörű színű Zac Posen ruhával.Csodás!

After the cover I didn't think, that I'll like this much the photos of Katy. Because although the cover is nice, it's quite lifeless and the pose is weird too. On the other pictures, taken by Annie Leibovitz, the place, the colors and the dresses were put together well, I really like it! My favourite is the one before the last with the beautiful colored Zac Posen dress. Wonderful!
