Forbes 2014 - The world's 100 most powerful women

A Forbes idén is összeállította listáját a világ 100 legerősebb nőjéről. A sort Angela Merkel vezeti, akit többségében a már korábban is listaszereplő nevek követik. Néhány számunkra ismerősebb nevet emeltem ki, de a teljes listát is megtalálhatjátok a Forbes honlapján.

The Forbes made it's list of the world's 100 most powerful women also this year. Angela Merkel leads the row, who is followed by the usual names. I pulled out a few more familiar names, but you can also find the whole list on the website of Forbes.

CFDA / Vogue Fashion Fund

Idén is megtartották a CFDA / Vogue Fashion Found divatbemutatót egy szép, napos délutánon Los Angelesben. Teljes alakos képek nem igazán készültek a megjelentekről így a részletes elemzés nem is lenne teljes-értékű, továbbá a többség stílusos, fiatalos és üde volt. (Csak azt az egy dolgot muszáj megjegyeznem, hogy Lea Michele-nek mennyire ronda a cipője.)

The CFDA / Vogue Fashion Fund runway show was also held this year, on a nice, sunny afternoon in Los Angeles. We don't have to much full-length pictures of the attendants, so a detailed run-down wouldn't have its full worth, and most of them were stylish, youthful and fresh. (I just really have to observe, that how ugly Lea Michele's shoes were.)

MET Gala '13 - Simple & pretty

Néhányan próbáltak biztosra menni, ezzel kissé felejthetővé válva. De van akinek annyira jól sikerült, hogy még így is kitűnt a tömegből.

 Blake csodásan nézett ki és a Gucci ruhája alja nem is olyan egyszerű. Kate Alberta Ferrettijének lehetne élénkebb színe, de a szabása nagyon jó. Zooey Tommy Hilfiger ruhája görög istennős, ami nekem nagyon bejön.

Blake looked wonderful and her Gucci's bottom isn't so simple. Kate's Alberta Ferretti's could have a better color, but its cut is great. Zooey's Tommy Hilfiger dress is very greek goddess-like, which I like so much.

They didn't even choose a gown. Kate's Fiane von Furstenberg is nice, but too simple for me, Emma's DVF is very youthful. The white Thakoon looks good on Rita, but other times she dressed up more elegant...

Akik kicsit bátrabbak voltak. Taylor J.Mendelben: uncsi... Kerry Vera Wangja vagány, de a virágok nem elég punkosak. Jessica csinos Tory Burchben.

Who were a little bit braver. Taylor in J.Mendel: boring... Kerry's Vera Wang is rough, but the flowers aren't punk enough. Jessica is pretty in Tory Burch.

Uma Zac Posenje olyan csodás és nőies, de mi ez a ronda szín? Jennifer próbált vadabb lenni, de ez a Donna Karan ruha túl elegáns ehhez.

Uma's Zac Posen piece is so astonishing and womanish, but what the hell is this ugly color? Jennifer tried to be wilder, but this Donna Karan dress is too elegant for this.

 Solange a Kenzoban és Diane von Furstenberg igazi dívák, bár Solange helyében a fülbevalót már kivettem volna. Anna virágos Chanelje tetszik, de nagyon messze van a punktól.

Solange in Kenzo and Diane von Furstenberg are such divas, although in the place of Solange I would take out the earrings. I really like Anna's Chanel, but it's far away from punk.

A Dior lányok. Marion bájos, mint mindig és Jennifer is gyönyörű, de az egész szett nem illik hozzá. Ő az a fajta, aki az első Oscar gálájára egy dögös vörös ruhát vesz fel.

The Dior girls. Marion is lovely, as always and Jennifer is also beautiful, but the whole look just doesn't fit her. She's the kind of girl, who wear a hot red dress to her first Oscar gala.

 Túl kivágottak és túl szorosak. Annyira nem rossz, de nagyon vékonyak. Emma Prabal Gurungban, Olivia pedig Calvin Kleinban.

 The clothes'd too much cut-out and they're very tight. They're not so bad, but the girsl looked very thin. Emma in Prabal Gurung and Olivia in Calvin Klein.

Heidi Klum             Katie Holmes

Heidi Marchesa-ja előnytelen neki. Katie Calvin Kleinja nem olyan rossz, de a haja és a sminkje nem tetszik.

Heidi's Marches is disadvantegous for her. Katie's Calvin Klein isn't so bad, but I don't like her hair and make up.

Alta Moda - '13 S/S

Azt gondoltam, hogy megint én vagyok a hülye, hogy egy hónappal később jövök rá, hogy január 24.-én Alta Moda divatbemutató volt, de mint kiderült a show titkos volt, s csak 120 vendéget hívtak meg, vásárlók, néhány Vogue szerkesztő, mint Anna Dello Russo, Anna Wintour és a Dolce & Gabbana arcai Monica Bellucci és Bianca Brandolini D'Adda.

Sokak szerint az újabb kollekciók mindig hasonlítanak egymásra, azonban szerintem mindig van valami új, s mégiscsak egy márka, valamilyen szinten hűnek kell lennie magához. Ezek az haute couture ruhák is szépek lettek, igazán különleges a kidolgozásuk. Íme néhány kép a bemutatóról és a backstageből.

I thought, that I'm an idiot again, because I realise only a month later, that there was an Alta Moda fashion show on the 24th of January, but how I turned out, it was secretly, and only 120 guests were invited, included the costumers, a few Vogue editors, like Anna Dello Russo, Ann Wintour and the face of Dolce & Gabbana, Monica Bellucci and Bianca Brandolini D'Adda.

Lot of people say, that the collections are very similar, but I think, that there's always something new, and the is one brand, which has to be loyal to itself. This haute couture dresses are also very pretty, they have an elaboration. Here are a few photos of the runway and from the backstage.
